Default complete power train swap 94 xj to 97 wrangler
i got a 94 xj with a rusted out body engine tranny transfercase all good i also have a 97 wrangler with no tranny engine or transercase could i just take it and pulg and play or would i have to take pcm and all that big question is can i just plug and play with it

You would need the pcm and harness from yours.
