command trac over 45 mph?

I know you are only supposed to use command track like under 45 and on slippery or loose surfaces because the front and rear diff usually have slightly different gear ratio's and when turning can cause binding, and this question is purely hypothetical because if roads are bad enough where you need 4wd over 45 you probably shouldn't be driving that fast, but if you put same gear ratio's in front and rear diff (like 4.11's) and put ATB diff's in both front and rear could you drive over 55 and turn safely with command trac?
