Default Cold Weather Starting Problems

I have a 1996 Jeep with 206*** miles on it.
It seems to have trouble starting when the weather gets colder. It has a new starter and battery. Winter is coming soon. anything i can do to make it start better?

try letting in the key sit on "on" for a few seconds before turning to start! this lets the fuel pump go for a bit before starting.
