Coil Spring Isolator Question/Squeeeakkk
Been trying to track down and correct an extremelyyyy squeaky front end ever since I got my XJ a year and a half ago.
I have replaced related to front end:
Sway bar links/bushings
Shocks
Upper control arms
Track bar
Lower control arms are in good shape. No metal on metal contact from what I can tell
Is it possible for worn coil spring isolators to cause a god awful squeak over every little bump?
I have a 4" Teraflex lift (Full springs, no spacer)

Not necessarily, that would lead me more towards something like a control arm bushing. Even though they are good, the rubber can still squeak. Take some lube (white lithium, silicon, pb anything really) and soak each bushing in it and see if the noise changes. Also see if you can isolate it to one side of the jeep

Do you have any sort of poly bushings anywhere? Poly bushings are sometimes known to squeak. Is your coil spring retainer still there? Did you replace the upper sway bar bushing as well (where it mounts on the unibody)? How bout your shocks, have you checked them?

Well ratchet master had the greatest idea. I'd go with the spraying lithium grease on whatever might be squeaking, drive it and check for squeaks, spray another possible culprit, drive it, etc.
