Yea I'm very disappointed, but happy it's all fixed. Gonna try to get my refund tomorrow.

 

Hey Bud - I am experiencing almost the exact same issue. 2000xj did an overhaul as a preventative due to still having the 0331 head. I bought parts slowly and some off Craigslist including a new CSF 2670. I replaced the pump, t-stat, housing hoses etc. Bypassed the trans from the radiator to a separate cooler. It runs great (like 206 and 208) till I come to an extended stop and then it will creep up to 222. And once I get to highway speed it takes a while to cool back to below 210. Even though the fan clutch was rrlatively new i swapped it too and same thing... how sure are you it was the CSF?
