Default Clunking and grabbing while turning right

Hey everyone. Im new to this forum and to jeeps. I just recently bought a 1992 Jeep Cherokee with a 4.5 inch lift and 33" Super Swamper TSL's. I am just starting to learn about lifted 4 wheel drive vehicles. Anyway, I have been getting this clunking noise when I make a right turn and very lightly when I accelerate. It doesnt do it at all when I turn left. If I am not accelerating while I turn right It doesnt really do it at all. Along with the clunking noise it feels like it is grabbing or something is binding up because it causes the vehicle to jerk. It sounds like it is coming from the rear of the vehicle. I just replace all of the u joints and it helped some of the other problems and the clunking and grabbing problem a little. I just hope that it isnt the rear end gears. Could it possibly be the bearing in the axle shaft? Please help. I really need to get this thing fixed. Thanks in advance.

It kinda sounds like it has a locker in the rear. Have you pulled off the rear diff cover yet, It might be worth taking a look. Or try not to accelerate through your turns and see if it goes away.

No, I havnt done that yet. I was going to try today but dont know if I will be able to. What do you mean by locker? Is that like limited slip? Sorry about the silly questions but I am new to 4X4 vehicles. How will I know if it is a locker? BTW thanks for the help.

This is what a locker looks like. and pulling the diff cover off is pretty easy. There is a few write ups in the how to section on here. So if you see something similiar to this then you got a locker which would be awesome for you. Way better than limited slip.
