i have a clunk-shift sound in the front and rear when i accelerate and decelerate. What could it be? thinking might be the track bar or u joints but dont think so.

Adjustible uca and lca with greesable bushings. Its not my lcas though. Just greesed them the other day. The problem started when I put my add a leaf in. I'm almost thinkin track bar but idk how that could make sounds in the rear. And plus its tight so I don't get it.

crawl under there and grab and shake everything. clunks are hard to diagnose you just have to go through things one by one, process of elimination.

If it started after you added a add-a-leaf then I would start by double checking that your leafs arnt moving. look at the center bolts to see if they are still there, and re-tighten the u-bolts.

I would then go to check for slop in the rear driveshaft u-joints.

From there I would check the transmssion mount.

A broken rear exhaust hanger can make some pritty weird knocks too, especially if you have a gastank skid.
