clunk clunk clunk at low speed in 2wd only!

clunk clunk clunk at low speed in 2wd only!
So my car has started to make a clunk clunk at low speed. It sounds like it is coming from the drivers side front wheel. The sound is related to speed, so when I drive faster the clunk gets faster. The sounds starts at about 5mph, however the sound goes away when I hit about 30mph, and I also checked today and the sound went away when I tested it in 4wd in a straight line on dry pavement? The sounds also goes away if I turn the wheel back and forth while driving in 2wd. The sounds is most pronounced when decelerating in a straight line below 30mph.
