Default Clicking when moving

I had this clicking noise for a while in my front end but i could never pinpoint it. I hear it at low speeds and its just a clicking. A while back i jacked the front up and spun the tires by hand but i couldnt hear anything clicking. could it be a ujoint in the front or my tcase? At higher speeds i dont hear it, only around 30 mph i hear it.

Check the front axle U-joints for any play or stiffness.
Mine clicked when they were shot needing replacement.
