So I just got my idler pulley fixed like two weeks ago and about a 4 days ago I started to get a clicking noise from the front passenger side of the engine (not sure if those two are related but figured it was good info haha). Sounds like the fan might've been hitting something but when I look I don't see anything around it. No CEL which is obviously a good thing but and all fluids are good, but when I turn it off sometimes I can see either steam or smoke (hopefully steam) coming up from underneath. Any ideas?

 

Purge valve solenoid? They click pretty good.
Plastic cylinder with vacuum lines mounted @ the firewall- pasenger side.
