Clicking in Dash
 

My horn has not worked for a while now. I tried inserting a new fuse and when I turn the key to on but not running to test the horn I have a clicking in the dash. With the fuse removed it does not click. It says that the fuse is for the headlamp delay module AND the horn so is that the ticking. I have an SE and I highly doubt if it was an option that I have it but any help would be appreciated.

Well, I started screwing around with it and I inserted the fuse for the horn again and it sounded off and wouldnt shut off.
