87 cherokee, cig Hasnt worked at all cant use the lighter or use power to charge phones and such. Checked the fuse that its for the cig lightee/radio and it was goos, changed it for the hell of it.

what else can i check to see whats wrong? Is it shot? Can it be easliy replaced?
