I got a 99 xj and my brake lights dont work i replaced the brake light switch fuses under the passanger panel and the one in power distribution box under the hood and still nothing anybody that can or has a brake light wiring diagram or anybody that can help

Check the bulbs, and then check the sockets for power if the bulbs are ok.

Ill have to get my test light to chek for power i dont know what else it could be

Check the third brake light too. Is that out as well?

Yes it has been u think it might be that

haynes manual covers wiring very well. $< 20 at parts stores.
if you are doing wiring you need to be looking at a diagram, its cheep.
