Cherokee Tranny Question Help!

I found a complete 1987 Cherokee 6cly 5SPD 2-door.
An i have a 1995 Cherokee 4.0 AUTO 4-door.
Can i swap all the 5-spd stuff to my auto? Will the trannys interchange?
Any advise would be greatly appreciated Thanks!
