Cherokee Stumbles Occasionally
Hopefully I posted this in the right category...my apologies if I didn't.
Anyway, I have a 98 Cherokee 4.0 4x4 with 108k miles. It likes to stumble a little if I drive it for a while, park it an hour or so, and drive it again. It does this at part throttle (1/4 to a little over 1/2 way down). It'll buck and sound like it is backfiring through the intake. If I floor it, it takes off as it should. The only engine codes that it gives are for the oxygen sensor (sometimes the front, other times the back). I have changed these out numerous times in conjunction with changing out other parts that could possibly cause the engine code (intake gasket. distributor, plugs, wires).
Any ideas or info I may have left out?
Thanks.
