Cherokee headlight and directional problem


Hello, I have a 1995 Cherokee sport with a electrical problem. My headlights do not work and when I use the turn signal, they flash along with the high beam indicator. I have checked fuses and relays with no help. It may be the headlight switch, I have to check that out, but I also have a question for the forum. There is a silver canister relay/flasher/whatever under the dash below the steering column. It is a three prong relay with no markings or numbers.I would like to know it's name, part number and function. I am including pics.
