Angry check this out
jeep cut off while driving and wouldn't start back. I suspected cps or coil.both checked out good. So I popped distributor cap.should have done this first.sorry for blurry photos. that's my rotor.completly burnt and disintegrated.WTH.

Oops. You should replace it, the cap, the wires and the plugs.
