Check Engine Light - P code P0432
 

I've had a check engine light come on recently and it's showing the same code as what it has shown in the past. P code P0432. Last time it came on I took it to the shop and they said it was a vacuum leak, said they repaired the problem (so they said) and then turned the code off....That was 3 weeks ago or so, and today it came back on. The engine seems to run just fine, over the weekend and with help from this forum I fixed an idling problem I was having, but other than that the engine runs strong. Any advice on what to attack first?

Catalyst efficiency low-bank 2
Explanation:
The oxygen sensors monitor the Catalytic Converters ability to store oxygen
Probable cause:
-catalytic converter defective (failure possibly due to #2,3 or 4)
-engine misfire or running condition
-large vacuum leak
-engine oil leakage into exhaust-valve guide, seals, piston rings
