Heat problems
My 95 xj has a problem with the heater. You turn the fan off but it still blows air. and the defroster is on all the time it never shuts off. And just recently it doesn't blow hot air. Has anyone else had this problem?

As far as your feeling air when its off means you have a vacuum leak somewhere iirc... Without feeling heat means that most likely your heater core is clogged and is in need of a flush. At the very least, its a good starting point. Search "heater core flush" or "no heat". CF is littered with "no heat related? threads" lol.
