After 3 weeks of trying to figure out this Jeep dying and not starting at times I replaced the CPS today. I changed the ECU with another, I had a 492 and replaced it with a 493, I read that this would work. It seems to run great but now I have a check engine light. I checked it with my scanner and it came up No Codes. Any thoughts?

Pull the gauge cluster and remove the bulb
. I would just try resetting the computer by disconnecting the battery. Some people say hold down the horn button with the battery disconnected for 10 secs to drain the capacitor in the ECU. It's worth a shot, I'd say.
