Cheapest custom bumpers w/ tow hooks

What do you guys recommend as the cheapest custom bumper solution for an '01 XJ? I'm looking for something that looks great and has towing (hooks, D-ring) options. Front/Rear bumpers...

I got my rock hard 1/4 plate bumper with d-ring mounts around the 350-400 range and you add the wench plate for extra

I don't know if these are the cheapest, but they put out a great product, and they are reasonably priced.
