Default Changing the rear seal

OK removed rms and replaced but now the oil pan is binding and won't lay flat against the block I checked the oil suction tube and it seems to be clear, I'm using a Fel Pro gasket and it sits alright when it's hanging but when I push up it binds. Anybody have any ideas about this? Thank you ahead of time.

What all did you remove to change the RMS? Where is it "binding"? Any pix?

Is that the seal with the tabs? or the one without tabs?
