I just got some new wheels and tires, When I went to put them on the rear, my Drums just slipped righth off, is that normal? I just slipped them back on, and now there is a strange whine noise in reverse. Is there something I should be concerned about here? thanks

Get a brake spoon and adjust your shoes. They sell them at autozone. Drums should be able to slide off...about the noise, maybe its one of the shoes rubbing because is misadjusted? Might buy a new hardware kit too, it's only about $10...
