How hard is it to find center hubcaps for a 96 xj? I've looked at quadratech, jc whitney, ebay... I dont feel like dicking around a junkyard because Ive heard some horror stories about the ones around here (leave your jeep parked and come back to find out it's been stripped and sold into neat little parts) and I'm also really lazy and don't feel like driving out of the city on a wild goose chase.

Do you know any place that sells a complete set of 4 oem new (preferably black) center caps for the oem wheels?

Would be helpful. There are MANY different styles of stock center caps.
Have a pic of one, perhaps a fellow member has a few laying around...

Don't fear the junkyards! Valuable parts resource, just make sure you park in the parking spaces, not off to the sides. I have never had a problem at a junkyard over the past fifteen years or so.

However, if you have a pick, post in the wanted section, they can usually help you.
