Get your Code(s) read to find out what causing the problem. Probably raw fuel burning in the CAT.

Like Ken said you need to get the codes checked to see what has gone bad. I would guess that it is your coil pack dropped a few cylinders and now the fuel injectors are dumping fuel in the exhaust system.

Your catalytic converter is toast. The loss of power is because of the toasted and plugged cat. Now you need to figure out what caused the cat to go into nuclear meltdown before just simply replacing the cat and melting it down too. A flashing CEL mean the catalytic converter is in eminent danger and you should shut the engine off ASAP.

Ok so the codes are cylinder 3 and 4 misfires. Going to start with fuel. Does anyone have a way to check the coil rail?

Ok so update, im pretty sure my heads cracked. The only symptoms are the misfires and cylinder 3 and 4 spark plugs are super clean. So just going to throw a 0630 head on since my buddy has a couple of them laying around.

Personally, I would just go with a Clearwater head instead, or find a TUPY 0331 in the junk yard if cash is an issue.

Well aware. I have an exhaust of my old 98 and brackets are simple and cheap. With gaskets, head studs, etc. Im only spending $55.00. Compared to a $600 clearwater or alabama head
