CD Deck Removal

CD Deck Removal
I know it's a dumb question, but I've never done it before. How do you go about removing our stock decks (non infinity system) without the DIN tools? or are they required?

pop off the trim that goes over the cd player, heater controls and such. there should be two phillips head screws that hold the cd player in, unscrew those and the unit should slide right out.
