Default CCV/PCV Question

1992 Cherokee Laredo 4.0L I-6

I need to replace the grommets and the hoses that go to both of the elbow valves on the valve cover. The elbow valves are both very brittle and will break as soon as any force is applied to them. That being the case, I need the 2 elbows too.

I contacted the dealer and got the part numbers for my vehicle
53030492 - Elbow w/ orifice (2.6mm)
53030591 - Elbow w/o orifice
53030726 - Vacuum Hose (Crankcase and MAP)
53020027 - Grommets
53006239 - Breather Hose

The dealer said that the parts are no longer available. I cross-referenced the numbers with Autozone and NAPA and got nothing in return. I see there are several websites that offer the parts but I am unfamiliar with them. The last 2 parts I can find locally probably at a hardware store.

Can someone please help me find a familiar site or store where can I buy these parts at a reasonable price? Would there be any harm in fabricating an elbow myself with the same specs?

Thanks for the help.

You need the kind that matches your valve cover

See I thought so. With that, I checked RockAuto and they don't have all of the parts I need

The only difference between front and rear is one has a smaller orifice to restrict airflow a bit. You could probably fabricate something for it
