Carrier Bearing
So it sure sounds like my rear wheel bearings were going bad...til I had my friend swap them and the noise is still there. My next thought was the carrier bearing, since the noise didnt go away.
How hard, in comparison, is it to swap a carrier bearing vs wheel bearing? I figure this would be the best place to ask. I got a little scared when the shop I took it to quoted me $600 without the part. What do you think?
