Default Cant get front DS speaker or rear DS speaker in hatch to work

I recently acquired a new to me 1992 jeep cherokee Laredo and for some reason beyond me I can't get the driverside speaker or the little tweeter or the driverside speaker in the hatch to work. All the speakers on the passenger side work. I've already checked the wires in the boot where the wires come into the door and found none that were cracked/broke. I also pulled the radio out and inspected the wires going to the radio and saw nothing out of the ordinary. I even tried putting the speaker from the passenger side into the DS and it still didn't work. I guess I'm gonna run new wires directly from the CD player to the speakers and see if that works. It also has the stock cassette player/radio and all stock speakers. Is it possible that the radio is just fried on that side. Or should I just keep searching for broken wires?

If you switch the output from the drivers side speakers to the passengers side is there any sound then?
