cant check the monitors
i got the 1996 cherokee and im trying to check if the monitors were set so i can get it smogged. but when i connect the scan tool it says no communication. i check all the fuses and made it the tool was connected. im somewhat lost and not sure what to do. if anyone has any info let me know. thanks
