Default Can you help ID this bumper?

Does anyone know who manufactured this bumper? It was on the XJ when I bought it. The previous owner didn't know because it was on the Jeep when he bought it,
It's heavy duty, has quarter panel guards & receiver hitch/plug built in.

Thanks

I would say home made. There are some pretty talented "home fabbers" out there that can do some pretty sweet stuff with just a couple of power tools.

And it isn't really that hard to get some clean welds if you know what you are doing.

I would say homemade as well. I made mine and that one looks eerily like mine
