Caliper
 

So small problem. I need. Some advice I was replacing my brakes and when I put my caliper on the bolt holes apparently stripped and on my way home I lost the caliper which wedged between my rotor and rim. So my question is how could I fix this with out with out replacing the whole spindle and a tap and die to re thread it didn't work. Any suggestions?

Bolt holes on the spindle are stripped?

I replaced my rotors/pads/calipers a month ago and 2 threads in one bolt hole were not grabbing. I went to the auto store and grabbed some lock tight, lathered it on the bolt and hole and tightened it up and it's been fine ever since.

Give that a try if you can get it to grab

I gave that a try but it still didn't work. I had to end up drilling the holes bigger and threading the spindle to a 10X1.25mm and putting treaders in it which fit the 8X1.25mm bolts thank you for the help.
