A/C not coming on.
 

Hey guys I new to here and have a problem. I have a 1996 xj with the 4.0 and my a/c clutch will not engage when turning it on. When trying to find my issue it will come on when supplying power directly to it, but not when jumping the low pressure switch. If I add power to the blue/orange wire off or the low pressure switch with everything hooked up it come on along with the electric fan. When switched off on the dash it turns off, turn it on it comes on. If I unplug the low pressure switch it will turn off.

My concern is that it has not disengaged when turned on. I have not hooked gauges up yet but plan to do so this week. It seams to me that the pcm is not supplying power to the blue/orange wire to turn it on. Would it but anything to leave it hooked up to power?
