Default Buzzer stuck on.

Hi all,
my ignition buzzer is stuck on in my 94 XJ, not the buzzer that comes on for door/lights the one that usually you turn key on, it buzzes for second then goes off once you start but it is staying on even after starting. I took it for a 10min drive & its still stuck on, jeep is running & driving fine as it should. Have tried few things but wondering if anyone has any ideas? perhaps i could easily disconnect it? It’s booked into auto electrician in next couple days for something else but would really like to be able to use it before then but the buzzing is too much. Thank you

Free download the free 94 FSM, and have a look at the fuse and circuit diagram.

It may be fused, and the circuit diagram and decription may clue you up on what input is causing the issue

That is what the auto electrician will probably do, they usually have a subscription service to vehicle manuals
