First off, Welcome to the site. and yes you posted in teh right spot on the forum..
Now for your question, you should be able to pound that area out smooth. Use a hammer and a flat peace of wood. Take your time, and you should be able to pound it out smooth again. Than you can install a new bumper. OR You can get a after market bumper, most will have you cut some of that area you damaged away. And include new installation brackets... |

dont think i can pound it out because i cant hit it from the back side the frame is halow with four sides |
See where that "hole " in the front is? You can cut that out to open it up. Than use a 2X4 to "pop" the panel out ware. Than use a hammer to pound it flat. You can hold the 2x4 behind it to have some thing to hit ageist..

Wow this was my first post ever! Never thought I would get in so deep as I have in the jeep sickness. wasn't able to pop that section back out. I ended up using aftermarket frame tie in brackets for my Logan's bumper.
