Default Bumper bolts. Need some advice pretty quick please.

Pulled my bumper off tonight to check my vacuum tank and pull the old fog lights off that don't work anymore. I find that the thread clips for all the bolts are broken. Any good reason to not go back with nuts on the backside? Heading to the parts store pretty quick to pick up what hardware I need. Just hoping for a quick knowledgeable reply.

That'll work just fine. But most good hardware stores would have those little nut clip things, they are just convenient.

^This, the only reason they used clip-nuts is for faster assembly at the factory, regular nuts work just fine (and are actually stronger, not that it matters with a stock bumper) but like Dan91 said clip-nuts aren't generally hard to find.

Yeah they are easy to find I was just thinking of using nuts to put it back together. Decided I'll just get everything tomorrow so I'm not rushing around tonight. Your definitely right about the bumper being flimsy. Wanted to do a baton routine when I took mine off. Not much to them.
