Brief loss of power/fuel?

Brief loss of power/fuel?
98 jeep cherokee... I had a brief loss of power like it was starved of fuel I just recently switch out my tps and right after I got a p0700 code with no other codes l...dont know if that might have something to do with it but any advice is appreciated

Please elaborate.
- What is "brief"? A second Several seconds? Ten seconds?
- What is "loss of power"? A slow down? Like the engine shut off? Can't accelerate well?
- How long ago was this?
- Did you clear that code?
- Has it returned?
