Default Brakes not releasibg? Rubbing sound.

First off before anyone says anything. I put new calipers and pads. Rotors were still good. But I get this rubbing sound and a tiny whine when I hit the brakes. Or just going down the road. But if I hit the brakes it usually goes away. But it's a tad annoying. Brake pedal has pressure. Anyone got a idea?

Look closely at your rotors on the inner and outer edges of the braking surface The pads DO cause some wear on them and it will leave a ridge where they DON'T contact the rotor. It's probably that ridge causing the noise.
It's always a good idea to get the rotors turned when you replace the pads

what he ^ said. that would be my bet. should dissipate after a week or so. also when you replaced the bad. how did the knuckle look where the pads ride? was it smooth or was there a divot. if there was a divot that needs to be welded and ground flush.
