brake system upgrade?

my 96xj has abs. i recently swaped both axles:
(dana35 with abs and 3.07s and a matching dana30 to a chrysler8.25 29spline non abs with 3.55s and a matching dana 30 also non abs)
my abs system never worked from the time i bought it. how would i go about removeing the abs system completely and upgradeing the booster. ive heard of people locking up 38"tires but they never posted what they did. google only tells me how to change brake fluid and bleed the system.

you should be able to get away with just disconnecting/removing the pressure vessel and replace the master with a dual diaphragm booster/master/proportioning valve unit from either a 97+ cherokee or even better, a 99+ wj with knuckles and calipers. maybe even do a rear disc swap from the wj also. either way, you'll need new front calipers, so wj or xj, whatever will bolt up to your stock knuckles.
and not sure, but worst case, you may have to run new brake lines, but that is actually very easy and very straight forward. you can do all this in your own driveway.

seeing how you have a 96 you just need a non abs master and valve and lines you should be good to go
