brake pedal wont tighten?

brake pedal wont tighten?
i blead it back to front. Pushed in the caliper cylinder. BUT the dam brake pedal stillll goes to the floor. I have a master cylinder from an 89 cherokee. ive flushed the system and NOTHING. bad master cylinder?

Torn diaphram in the master cylinder is my guess.
Is fluid squirting out anywhere when you pump the brake?
Could it be the linkage has disconnected somehow?
