Question brake nightmare

i completely wore the my brake pad and went THROUGH the rotor and wondering if an 89 caliper and rotor would fit my 91......anybody know?

There was a change in the pads between 89 and 90. It might be just the stupid little index deal BUT>>> I'm supper cheap and normally willing to look for a short-cut. Not so though with the front disk brakes. It's most of your stopping power and really not that expensive to get right. $25 for a caliper? (or $7 for the kit). Set of pads, $14? Not much room there to save money.

Sorry 1989 and 1991 are different rotors
