You need 2 new things. You need a new rear brake line (it includes that junction block and the rubber hose up to the main hardline coming from the MC). And then you will need a new hardline to go from that junction to whichever wheel cylinder that broken line goes to. I would probably get the other side hardline from junction to wheel cylinder too, in case any of that busted metal made it's way through the line.
You see that rubber hose coming off the top? If you pop that off, then you can unbolt the junction from the axle. Then just follow the rubber brake line up to the junction with the main hard line and uncouple it there. That rubber piece and the junction (what you are calling a proportion valve - it's not) you can replace with a new one from autozone/oreilly/advanced/wherever you want to shop. Then buy a new hardline for the left side there that goes to the wheel cylinder.
From the picture above, you need one #4 and 2 #5's - the 5's should be a different length depending on which wheel they go to.

Engine: Supercharged 440 Magnum punched .60 - yeah right.. 4.0 like everyone else.
If you haven't bought this yet, or are having a hard time finding it, it's called a HYDRAULIC HOSE on many websites.
Check out Rockauto. They have them. I also found them on some of the Mopar parts sites. I had to buy the whole rear setup for the 8.25" I'm putting in my 99 XJ. It took me a while to find it.
You can also use the hose setup for a 95 TJ. It's the same thing.
