its funny on a 97 it shows it under the hood but his has no numbers as number 23

I usually get all my diagrams from AllData and never have had a problem until now. The first diagram I posted said fuse #2 20A and the other one I just found said that fuse #2 is 15A.

i cant find a fuse box any where for 96 i get 84 to 89 and 97 to 2001 wtf up with this

Here is what I know...
1984-1996 - under the left side of the Instrument Panel
1997 and later... it is located behind a small access panel on the right cowl trim...
I have a '97..I will take a picture tomorrow....

we now where the fuse boxes are just not which fuse power the brake light switch its not on the covers

no manual he has emergency flashers and tail lights he off line right now hope its the fuse you said cause if those work he just need to get a switch its the big one because he has cruise can just jump it
