Default Both washer pumps quit suddenly

All of a sudden both of my washer pumps stopped working. I replaced both of them last year and the wipers are both still working. If I pull the stalk for the front washer, the wipers go as if fluid was spraying(without the fluid) but if I push the rear wiper button nothing happens other than wiping continues in intermittent intervals.

From the FSM I can rule out its not a fuse problem. Maybe it's a grounding issue?

It's pretty cold out so I want to nail down as many items to check so I can check them quickly/all at once.

Turns out I forgot to purge out all the summer fluid(it's been parked in the garage while installing my 3 link and I just started driving it again). Pulled the fender liner out and the hoses are definitely froze...am getting 11+ volts at the socket so hopefully later this week when/if it gets above freezing I'll be able to purge them out.

Maybe it is just me but for the life of me I can't figure out why summer washer fluid even exists. Minus 20 year round.

If you don't cut it with 50% H2O it simply evaporates off a hot summer windshield before it can do any good...

I don't recall ever having a problem with Minus 20 in the summer. We don't even sell a summer blend in the auto parts store I work at.

I usually switch to the bug stuff as it seems to work a smidge better. Plus, we don't need to add more methanol to the environment than really necessary.
