its not as simple as just grinding it with a dremel........you have to bore the TB than lath a butterfly valve.

I ported the bottom part of my TB and it would whistle! LOL I did it a few more times on other TBs of my buddies and those didnt whistle. I used a dremel and it took forever and didnt notice much of any power gain. Dont really think its worth the time.

it works great..I noticed my 63MM tb over any other mod.....Strokedjeep.com is who did mine. Top notch work. Now combine the Ported TB with 99+intake,K&N FIPK and Ford Explorer Injectors and you have a quick jeep.

94 HO with 99+manifold and a ported throtle body. I bored mine myself, came out really nice but theres a surging to it now. Ive replaced the iac.

Just upgraded to neon injectors, too early for results tho

Any ideas?

Improper Idle vacuum would be my guess..

To much air making it past the Throttle valve...Causing the engine to Idle high...and the IAC is fighting it.

The idel is pretty low in my opinion with a AX-15 manual. Maybe it because there isnt enough air and too much fuel....
