Blowing Oil out of Errywhere pulsing idle
 

Ok, so my waterpump and radiator both exploded within two days of each other. They have since then been replaced. However, it did overheat one on occasion to the point where it began to miss. Didn't shut off however, and didn't run long like this.
Aftermath
1)Now its blowing oil out the dipstick, the oil fill hole on the valve cover and the breather ccv thing on the front of the v cover. If you take the dipstick out while its running a spray of oil comes out and covers everything.
2)The engine is rough and pulsing. Its most noticeable at idle. On the highway you can't tell. Here is a video, click on the picture for it to play:

Are any of these conditions fixable and what do I need to do?

That sounds like a bit more pressure than normal worn-engine blowby. More like a head gasket fault allowing cylinder(s) to pressurize the crankcase. Do you have access to a compression or leakdown tester?
Any antifreeze in the oil, or oil in the antifreeze?

I agree that a compression test of all cylinders is definitely in order. The overheat could have blown the head gasket. The compression spec for the 4.0 engine is 120-150 psi, with no more than a 30 psi variation between cylinders.

And also make sure that the CCV system (hoses and grommets leading to and from the valve cover) is not clogged.

Will do my best to check. Maybe when I get to my hometown my buddies might have the equipment. Assuming the head gasket is blown, what would be the best course of action?

If you are getting any antifreeze in the oil...don't drive it. Flush it out with clean oil and let it sit until you can make repairs. Antifreeze attacks engine bearings.
Best case- remove the head, check head and block for warping, if none found replace the gasket, flush oil and coolant, refill and drive.
