Blower weak/loud
 

Just put a deposit on a 2000 2 Door Sport. Seems to run great, although i noticed the air coming from the vents was incredibly weak on all settings. The blower motor was VERY loud too. Im hoping its just a really clogged filter but curious if anyone else has had this problem. The air was very cold, but i also noticed the compressor cutting on & off every 10 seconds... Any thoughts?

First off, There isn't a filter for the ac. Second it sounds like there are 2 separate problems with the ac. If the compressor is cycling that much it may be low on freon. As for the blower being loud and not blowing hard in any setting either it is plugged up with a bunch of crud or it's on it's way out.

Pull the fan, I'll bet it's full of grass, etc. Where I live it's the ground squirrels, any small rodent will build a nest.

Clean the fan housing and impellers as has been suggested.

Get a set of manifold gauges and check the status of the AC system.

Sounds like you are low on coolant (yours uses R-134A, not Freon R-12).
