Blower motor
My a/c and heater both won't work so I assume my blower motor is bad can I teat it inside the vehicle or do I need to remove it to test it?

If you can feel a bit of heat from the floor vents when you switch the setting to heat, and you may even feel a little cool air in the dash vents if you switch to A/C, but it's not actually blowing the air, then yes, something is wrong with the blower motor. Be sure to check all fuses and relays before you replace it, just to make sure it's not something easier to replace.
