Annoying Sputtering issues

Hi, i have a 1999 jeep cherokee sport with about 149,000 miles that has problems.. Sometimes when i start it and take off in it it will sputter and bog down and take off and bog down again and repeat until it stops, it really gets annoying. At first i thought it just wasent getting fuel but thats not the problem.. iv had it hooked up to one of them computers and it sayed their was no problems! none of my check engine lights are on. what could possibly be causing this?

need more info to be able to help, i.e. what is the maintenance history?
Last tune up, battery health, ect. How did you confirm it's getting fuel?

before i started driving it my mom sunk about 600 dollars into it new fuel filters, fuel pump hell new gas tank lol... Lmfao iv even tryed seafoaming it
