Default Blinker questions

Hey guys have a 2000 jeep Cherokee, and I have a right side blinker that blinks very fast. left side is fine. I checked both bulbs on the right side and they both blink. Is that a Bad flasher or something?

Check the bulbs. Sometimes the dual-filament bulbs have been replaced with the incorrect single-filament type. This will cause the rapid flashing you describe, and is the easiest to check and fix.

A defective bulb would result in the lights being on solid rather than blinking fast.

A bad flasher would cause a problem to show itself with both side turn signals.
